Here at Pizza Gavilan we take pride in the pizza we make. Our dough is opened daily and our pizza sauce is made in house. A crispy thin crust pizza is something we have perfected. When you order in the middle of the day or for dinner after an evening surf session the pizza will be consistently amazing. We get our produce from local growers and our herbs and spices from local “backyard” gardens. The cheese comes from local dairy's here in the Azuero peninsula. This authentic touch can be tasted in each and every bite.
In the mood for something lighter? We offer fresh cut salads, from the crunchy cucumbers to the fresh squeezed lime our Salads never disappoint. Here at Beach Break Surf Camp and Pizza Gavilan we get our water from subterranean water supplies. Our water is fresh and drinkable, a defiant plus while traveling in Central America.
Satisfy that sweet tooth with a brownie and ice cream plate! Warmed in our pizza oven the brownie melts the all natural vanilla ice cream in just the right way. We also have a variety of natural ice creams on hand to order. We also serve ice cream malts, mix with fresh fruit to form your own custom creation.
